These terms cover moodsoon.com and the Moodsoon waitlist, run by Trendspark Ltd (“Moodsoon”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. The short version: it's for fun, be nice, and invites have to be real people.
For entertainment
Mira is an AI character, and her forecasts are made by software from your sign and the date. They are for entertainment and reflection only. They aren't predictions, and they aren't medical, mental health, financial, legal or relationship advice. Please don't make important decisions based on them. If you're struggling, talk to someone you trust or a professional.
Who can join
You must be at least 16 to join the waitlist. Use your own email address, one signup per person.
Waitlist and invites
- Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't guarantee access on a particular date. We invite people in waitlist order, and people whose friends joined through their invite link get moved up.
- Invite rewards are given to the inviter when the app launches, for friends who are real people joining with their own email and confirming it through the link we send them. We may not count, and may remove, signups that look fake, automated or duplicated.
- Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred. If we have to change or end the invite program before launch, we'll say so on this page, and rewards you've already unlocked will still be honored.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no bots or scripted signups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no using it to send spam. You're welcome to share your forecast cards and story images, including on social media.
Our content
Mira, the Moodsoon name and logo, the art and the forecast writing belong to Trendspark Ltd. Some of the art is made with AI tools.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Moodsoon isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on a forecast. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms as Moodsoon grows. We'll change the date above, and tell subscribers by email about anything important.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
